Dr. Garry Nolan (video snippet, below) is not your ordinary “UFO guy”. He has an interest in UFOs but he’s also an incredibly well respected microbiologist, geneticist, and inventor at Stanford University who’s published over 300 research articles. He holds 40 US patents and has been honored as one of the top 25 inventors at Stanford University. His areas of research include hematopoiesis, cancer and leukemia, autoimmunity and inflammation, and computational approaches for network and systems immunology. Nolan’s observations can hardly be chalked up as the mindless ramblings of some random “UFO flake”. He was approached by the CIA to study the brains of some people who had seen UFOs. Surprisingly, he found that in almost all witnesses there’s an area of the brain – the basal ganglia – that was more dense, and, enlarged than in the general population. It would be interesting if some people had a genetic code which made seeing these things more likely.
